Benefit from our long-standing experience in the production of peptide-specific and phospho-specific antibodies. With the right immunization and purification strategy, specific antibodies against the target protein – or even individual modifications such as phosphorylation – can be generated.

Antigenicity analysis

We can analyze your protein sequence and deliver a selection of suitable peptide sequences.

Synthesis and conjugation

We’ll synthesize the peptides with the desired target sequences and couple them to an antigenic carrier and an orthogonal carrier for detection.

Immunization

One to four peptides in rabbits, guinea pigs or other species, on request. Immunization is performed in collaboration with our partner.

Affinity purification

We couple the desired peptides to the material of a column and, optionally, perform affinity purification of the sera for you.

PSL

Quality

In addition to the selected sequences and the purification strategies, the success of your project depends on the quality of the starting products. We use high-quality materials and work exclusively with HPLC-purified peptides. The immunizations are performed by certified partners based in Germany.
